Luxe Select Staffing. A brand and a website in one week.

A staffing company that places people in hospitality, housekeeping, laundry, warehouse and general labor jobs, starting on the Emerald Coast. The owner came with a name, a first version of the logo and a brief. We built the brand and the website around the people she places.

The brief: one site, two people.

Someone looking for work and a business that needs workers arrive at the same address. The owner wanted the accent on the people looking for work, so they come first everywhere: the first door on the home page, the first item in the menu, the first button on the phone.

The brand: her monogram, made to last.

We redrew the owner’s LS monogram as clean vector: the L in navy, the S as a gold ribbon with a figure. One set of files works on the website, on paper, on embroidery and as an app icon, and a brand book keeps the rules in one place.

Luxe Select Staffing primary logo: the LS monogram in navy and gold over the name
Business card, front: the logo on white Navy uniform tee with the white-and-gold logo on the left chest

The website: the company’s own people on the first screen.

The home page opens on a moving box of the company’s own photos, in its uniforms. Every type of work has its own illustration, and the map shows where the company starts and where it is heading.

Who we place: illustrations for hospitality, housekeeping, commercial laundry, warehouse and general labor Where we work: a globe and a map of the Emerald Coast with Pensacola, Navarre, Fort Walton Beach, Destin, Niceville and Crestview

Made for the phone people actually use.

Most job seekers will open it on a phone. The Spanish page has its own application, the contact page calls or texts in one tap, and the first door on the home page is for people looking for work.
