We stay with you as your business and the tools change: up to four hours a month of new routines, fixes and questions, plus one 60-minute session. Weekdays, reply within one working day — not 24/7. Cancel anytime.

Do I have to give up ChatGPT?
No. Keep it if you like it; many people use both. We move what ChatGPT already knows about you and your business into Claude, so you don’t start over.
What does Claude itself cost?
About $20 a month for the Pro plan, paid by you to Anthropic directly. We don’t resell it and don’t take a cut. Our price is for the setup, the training and the routines.
Will it send or buy anything without me?
No. Claude drafts; you approve. We set it up so nothing goes out to a customer, gets published or gets paid without you.
Is my business information safe?
It stays on your account, not ours. We never hold your passwords: you log in yourself during the session, and you choose which documents and tools it can see. We write that list down, and you can remove any of it in a click.
I’m not good with computers.
Then Owner is the right package. Two sessions on your own laptop, at your pace, where you do every click yourself so it stays with you. The one-page guide covers what to type, what to check and where it goes wrong.
How long does it take?
Solo: one session, done the same day. Owner: two sessions about a week apart, with a week of real use in between. Team: three to four weeks, depending on how many people.
Do you work outside Florida?
Yes. We work with businesses anywhere in the US; most of this is done on video. Around Fort Walton Beach we can also come to you.
Can you build an AI receptionist or chatbot?
No, and we won’t sell you one. AI makes mistakes and carries no responsibility, and your customers are yours. We set Claude up for the work behind the counter and teach you to check its output in seconds.
