What we build

What your shop needs online. Running, not described.

Along this coast the customers arrive and then go home — South Walton alone welcomed 1.93 million visitors in summer 2025. From Pensacola to Panama City, this is what a shop needs to keep selling to them once they have left. Walton County Tourism, Summer 2025 Visitor Tracking Study

Pick the job you need doing. Each one opens a real working store with sample products — choose, check out, nothing is charged.

We built it for ourselves first

12,298 verified reviews on our own stores.
7,131eBay · 99.8% positiveOpen the profile ↗ 5,167Mercari · 5-star ratingOpen the profile ↗

Both profiles are public. Counted 18 Sep 2026 — open either one and check.

No app would show them all — so we built the one that does.

Reviews are what a stranger reads before they buy. Ours sat on eBay and Mercari where nobody shopping our store could see them, and the apps on the market only handled one platform. Everything below runs on the live store today.

See it on the live store

— Where a shopper sees it

Two places your customer sees the proof.

Desktop01 · The reviews wall
The reviews wall. Every review from both platforms on one page, searchable. This is the page a shopper lands on when they want to know whether you are real.
Phone02 · On every product
On every product page. The people who bought that exact item, on the page where they decide. Proof where the decision gets made.

The stores: Aromastylist.com · AromaMeta.com · what we built for each is in Work.

Work

Three businesses we own and operate.

Our own businesses, built the way we build for clients: brand design, storefronts, original products and customer tools.

Aromastylist.com home page Owned business

Aromastylist.com

Niche perfumery: discovery sets and samples from other houses, plus our own candles and home fragrance.

What we built
  • Storefront and catalog organisation: 330+ products across 40+ houses, arranged for discovery
  • Our own line, made in-house: 36 candles and home-fragrance products in three collections, plus 10 discovery boxes. Formulas, packaging and cards are ours
  • Searchable marketplace-feedback wall built into the store
  • Product-review tool: verified buyers of each item shown on its own page
AromaMeta.com home page Owned business

AromaMeta.com

Our own fragrance brand, from formulation to the storefront.

What we built
  • Original product and packaging development: 13 fragrances, bottle, box and insert-card design
  • Storefront built around six collections
  • Consistent product imagery: one visual system across every page
unitedsurfacecoatings.com home page Owned business

UnitedSurfaceCoatings.com

Francis's federal supply business: industrial, MRO and facility products sold to government buyers.

What we built
  • Site built to win work from buyers who check credentials first: certifications, codes and set-asides on the first screen
  • Six commodity lines and the five steps from quote to invoice, written so a buyer can act without a phone call
  • Quote requests arrive by email and phone, no forms to chase

Packages

Launch. Growth. Partner.

Two are projects with a start and an end. One is ongoing support. Projects start at $1,500; after the free review, the written scope fixes the price and what each includes.

Project

Launch

One shop, one gallery or one rental location.

From $1,500

What’s included
Includes
Design and build of the site (up to 8 pages), mobile-first, plus one tool defined in the scope — an online store, an appointment page or a booking form — launch and the 7-day watch.
Not included
Photography, long-form copywriting, third-party software and licences.
Timing
Estimated in the scope (indicatively 3–5 weeks).
After launch
7-day watch: we monitor orders, forms and speed and fix defects in what we built. Then 30 days of defect fixes; new requests are scoped separately.
Project

Growth

Larger catalogs and more than one location: shops with many products, galleries, rental fleets.

Priced to scope

What’s included
Includes
Everything in Launch, plus the options you choose in the written scope: a larger catalog, shipping and pickup rules, customer accounts, gift cards, rental booking. Compatibility with the register or booking system you already use is confirmed before we quote.
Not included
Photography, third-party software and licences, data migration beyond your current listings.
Timing
Estimated in the scope (indicatively 6–10 weeks).
After launch
7-day watch as in Launch, then 60 days of defect fixes; new requests are scoped separately.
Ongoing

Partner

Ongoing support for a site we built: for owners who want it kept working and improving.

Priced to scope · monthly

What’s included
Includes
Updates, content changes, defect fixes, measurement and monthly improvements to the steps that lead to sales, with a monthly report.
Not included
New builds, brand systems, packaging or photography direction — each scoped separately as an addition. Media spend, print runs, third-party software.
Timing
Starts after Launch or Growth.
Terms
Billed monthly on terms set in the scope.

Launch and Growth: half at scope, half at launch. You control your domain registration and service accounts, and own your content and agreed deliverables. Third-party platforms and software remain subject to their providers’ terms and separate charges.
